Why do we exist? 

To put it simply, adventure. We believe everyone should get out, experience something new and learn to be the best version of themselves. For us working abroad instilled a fresh hunger and new understanding of the world. 

We want to encourage as many British Dentists to work in Australia/New Zealand and as many Aussie/Kiwi dentists to work in the UK. These three countries have a unique relationship that allows us all to seamlessly move between them. 

We never really believed the cliche “travel makes you richer” or “broadens your horizons” until we did it ourselves and found out it really was true. For every one of our dentists who have done this they have learned new skills, attitudes and resilience. Everything that empowers them to succeed in career, life and positively impact those around them. 

On both sides of the world there are places you want to work and places you simply do not. We aim in everything we do to make sure dentists end up in what could be their forever practice. Listening closely to feedback and references we ensure a good match for every role we find. 

For practices our value is obvious. Everyone knows a business's value is equal to the quality of the people who work there. Accountants obsess on yearly earning or profit margins, whereas truly valuable businesses focus on the why, the people and the purpose. That being said, one good dentist who embodies these three metrics can have unbelievable impacts on profits and revenue making recruitment fees seem miniscule. We have seen dentists 10x revenues. To put it simply the All Blacks rugby team don’t just put out an ad to see who applies. There is a process and ethos to selecting the very best of the best.
